AppAura is a user-friendly platform that helps plan and execute your ASA campaign with a limited budget. We provide ASA services and insights which can identify, adjust and achieve your app marketing goals. If you have no idea about how to optimize the visibility, download rates of your app with a suitable advertising strategy and practical skills, AppAura is a great tool for you!

The minimum campaign period is 30 days and the minimum daily budget is US$10, which means that the minimum monthly budget will be no less than US$300.

AppAura will keep track of your budget, including monthly budget spending and your remaining budget. You may set up your campaign objective and monitor the taps, downloads, conversion rate, tap through rate, cost per tap, cost per install, and other related insights of your app. Regular reports will be provided to give you an overview of your app performance, so you may develop other promotional campaigns.

You may manage an unlimited number of campaigns at the same time, just simply go to Dashboard > Campaigns > + New Campaigns , and you will be able to add another app to your campaign lists. However, you cannot manage two campaigns of the same app to promote it in two separate regions.

The service of AppAura is a one-time order. Once the campaign is finished, users will have to top up their selected apps for another period of service and campaign. In other words, if you wish to cancel our service, you may simply stop topping up your account. However, please note that once the campaign has already started, the fee is non-refundable.

Apps that are against the App Store policy, such as those that contain inappropriate content, will not be suitable for our services. If the app is required to be removed by the App Store or the government, AppAura will then terminate the service. If the app is removed before the commencement day of the service, then we will refund the campaign fee in full amount.

We will not disclose any personal information to any parties, and the pricing is clearly stated when you are placing orders. We will not automatically top up your account. If you have noticed any unauthorized transactions, please contact us for help.

Depending on your advertising campaign, if you would like to discover new customers, you may choose broad match keywords or keywords that match specific search intent; and if you are planning to surpass your competitors, you may try exact match keywords. There are also some keyword planning tools online that can evaluate your keyword selection based on their volume, competitiveness, and ranking.

Your app should not be promoting inappropriate content or against the community policy of the Apple App Store.

Apple allows you to include 30 characters in the title while Google allows you to have 50 characters of words. Apple will display the screenshots, video, and introduction of your app in the search result; Google will display the app name and app icon. Hence, the app advertising campaigns and strategies performed on App Store and Google Play Store will be different.
